Whether you have a complete vision or just a tiny little glimmer of an idea, Lilac Butterfly specialises in working with you to create a beautifully personal, one-off design for your dream stationery. We will discuss your venue, your colour scheme and what makes you and your fiancé ‘you’ then work together to create your perfect design.

Designed Just For You
A COMPLETELY BESPOKE SERVCE

The bespoke service has a one off fee of £200, this would include research, design work for your invitations, inserts, any other ‘on the day’ stationery that you would like for your special day & proofs of your final design. I guarantee that we won’t go to print until you are 100% happy.  The one off fee is payable before any work is undertaken and is non-refundable.

 

So how does it work and what can you expect from me?

one.

Drop me an email or fill in the contact form with as much information as you can, we can then arrange a chat, usually over the phone, where we will explore your ideas, colours and themes so that I can get an idea of exactly what it is that you are looking for.

 

two.

Once we have had a chat and I have an idea of what you would like I will send over a quotation broken down into the creative and the print production along with a preliminary time line.

 

three.

If you are happy to go ahead then I will send over an order confirmation, before the design process can begin a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be required to pay on approval of your final proof, before we go to print.

 

Following on from receiving your wording (which I am very happy to help with if you are unsure) I will then create two to three initial design concepts in Adobe PDF format.

 

four.

Once you have had the chance to look through the initial design concepts and let me know your thoughts I will send through some amended designs working towards your final design. You will have the opportunity to tweak and make amends throughout. When your final design is ready you will need to check through your proofs thoroughly. I would recommend asking a second person to read through the proofs too – another pair of eyes is always a good idea!

(I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to check your proofs, as you are responsible for the content. It is no problem at all to make as many amends as necessary) 

 

five.

It’s time…the design is finalised and your guest list is confirmed!!

Now we’re ready to send your dream stationery to print…
